Returns and Refunds

Any faults or damages must be reported to us by phone or email within 7 days or receiving the goods. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, either by cheque or BAC.

In accordance with the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) you are entitled to return unsuitable items to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that we will refund the value of the goods but not the P&P costs. You will also need to pay for the postage costs of returning the goods.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
